Information You Provide

When you create an account or use our Services, we collect:

• Billing information: payment method details (processed securely via our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers)
• Content: videos, images, captions, hashtags, and other materials you upload or create through DropQueue
• Communications: messages you send to our support team

Information We Collect Automatically

When you use our Services, we automatically collect:

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, actions taken, and time spent on the platform
• Device information: browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and IP address
• Log data: server logs, error reports, and activity timestamps
• Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies, preference cookies, and analytics identifiers

Information from Third-Party Platforms

When you connect your social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to DropQueue, we receive:

• Your platform username, profile picture, and public profile information
• Access tokens required to post content and read analytics on your behalf
• Analytics data such as views, likes, followers, and engagement metrics
• Comment data from your connected accounts, as permitted by each platform's API

We only request permissions necessary to provide the Services you have requested. We do not access your direct messages, private data, or any data beyond the scope of permissions you explicitly grant.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the DropQueue platform and Services
• Schedule and publish content to your connected social media accounts on your behalf
• Generate AI-powered captions, hashtags, and content suggestions
• Automatically respond to comments on your posts, as configured by you
• Display analytics and performance data from your connected platforms
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (receipts, alerts, account notifications)
• Send product updates and marketing communications (you may opt out at any time)
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Platform Integrations

TikTok

DropQueue integrates with TikTok's Content Posting API. When you connect your TikTok account, we use the permissions you grant to post videos and retrieve basic analytics. Your TikTok data is governed by TikTok's Privacy Policy. We do not store your TikTok login credentials. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and in transit.

Instagram

DropQueue integrates with the Instagram Graph API (a Meta product). When you connect your Instagram account, we use permissions to publish Reels and feed posts, and to retrieve engagement analytics. Your Instagram data is also subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.

YouTube

DropQueue integrates with the YouTube Data API v3. By connecting your YouTube account, you authorize DropQueue to upload videos and retrieve channel analytics on your behalf. Your use of YouTube features is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy. You can revoke DropQueue's access to your YouTube account at any time through your Google Account security settings.

Revoking Access

You may disconnect any third-party platform from your DropQueue account at any time in your account Settings. Upon disconnection, we will delete the associated access tokens and cease accessing your data on that platform. Analytics data previously collected and displayed in your DropQueue dashboard may be retained for up to 30 days before deletion.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service providers: third-party vendors who help us operate the platform (cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
• Social media platforms: we transmit your content to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other connected platforms solely to fulfill your publishing requests.
• Legal compliance: we may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of DropQueue, our users, or others.
• Business transfers: if DropQueue is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. Specifically:

• Account data is retained until you delete your account
• Content (uploaded videos, captions) is retained until you delete it or close your account
• Analytics data is retained for up to 24 months
• Billing records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
• Access tokens from third-party platforms are deleted promptly upon account disconnection or deletion

After account deletion, we may retain anonymized, aggregated data that does not identify you for product improvement purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

• TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted to and from our platform
• AES-256 encryption for sensitive data stored at rest, including access tokens
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Role-based access controls limiting employee access to user data
• Secure, redundant cloud infrastructure with automated backups

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: request deletion of your personal information ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability: request your data in a portable, machine-readable format
• Opt-out: unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email
• Cookies: manage cookie preferences via your browser settings

8. Children's Privacy

DropQueue is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. 9. International Data Transfers

DropQueue is operated in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms approved by relevant data protection authorities.

When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
